 Edwards,Jordan (gasoline gas recovery company in the US) contacted us and exchanged technology with our company.
They had an optimistic view on China’s market, especially on our distribution network and service system. According to market investigation, our marketing service network worth more than 252 million USD.
After comprehensive consideration, they didn’t want to establish manufacture center in mainland China; in addition ,cost in personnel, transportation and tariff accounted for 1/3 of the price, the developing countries can not bear the high price.
Meanwhile ,their delivery date, technical service can not satisfy clients. so imported facilities is not suitable to China’s system.
At last ,our company started to develop our own units.

Determining Process Route
In 2002,on the basis of traditional PSA (pressure swing adsorption), we have developed patent technologies for gasoline gas recovery in different conditions. i. e, adsorption+ condensation, adsorption+ absorption.
In 2003,we determined composite recovery based on activated carbon adsorption as our process route. this technique worth 19.98million RMB.
In 2003 and 2004,we established several technologies for gasoline gas recovery suited to different conditions, and applied for permits and trademarks which were successfully obtained

Core Technology
•In 2003,we formed specific plan ,in which we recognized adsorbent as the most important part of our project, and started to seek for suitable suppliers
•In April.2004,we selected suitable activated-carbon which is of large adsorptive capacity at normal temperature and pressure ,of high desorption rate and can be recycled. We named it as CG-3 light hydrocarbon adsorbent.
•In October.2004,after analyzing large amount of experiment data of CG-3 light hydrocarbon adsorbent, we confirmed design basis of adsorption tower, vacuum pump and control system, such as diameter and height of adsorption tower, adsorption rate, adsorption capacity, desorption vacuum, controlling of temperature rise
